CITYTOURS

Friday and Saturday by pre-registration

If you have never been to Vancouver, this is not to be missed. You will experience highlights your own participants may enjoy and better understand the scope of incentive offerings in the city. If you have been before, you will re-discover favorite destinations and re-ignite your passion for this city.

Naturally Urban, Vancouver's Urban Delights

From Stanley Park’s 1,000 acres of old growth rainforest, to Canada’s largest Chinatown, a knowledgeable guide will share the city’s rich history and showcase some of Vancouver’s city highlights. With stops at storied Gastown and thriving Granville Island, guests will enjoy a dynamic metropolis brimming with diversity.

The drive will provide a local’s authentic take on the magic that makes Vancouver great.

Vancouver Naturally

Capilano Suspension Bridge

Appreciate nature from three breath-taking perspectives Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure and the exciting Cliff walk.

The 450ft (137m) long, 230ft (70m) high Capilano Suspension Bridge has thrilled visitors since 1889. While the wobbly bridge and stunning location is a Vancouver landmark, Capilano Suspension Bridge Park offers an all-encompassing BC experience.

Cliff walk follows a granite precipice along Capilano River on a labyrinth-like series of narrow cantilevered bridges, stairs and platforms through rainforest vegetation.

Treetops Adventure takes guests 100 feet into the mid-story of a coastal rainforest on seven suspension bridges attached to old-growth trees.

Snowshoeing Atop Grouse

Guests ascend North America’s largest aerial tramway system to the 4,100-foot summit of Grouse Mountain, the Peak of Vancouver.

Guests will escape into the serene beauty of a natural winter playground. Just a short distance from the Peak Chalet, you’ll find yourself a world away in Munday Alpine Snowshoe Park and guests will enjoy a guided snowshoe experience that would take them around the lake. Along the way, Grouse’s guides can speak to the history of the resort, First Nations, wildlife and we’ll also be walking alongside the ski area before looping back towards the Skating Pond.

*Level of difficulty: Moderate fitness required
*Note: Guests to wear own appropriate footwear

You will be able to add this to your itinerary during the registration process. We all know the challenge of no-shows, and our most recent experience has encouraged us to add a $20 fee to this tour. Your contribution will all go to support the SITE Foundation.
